How does the 30-day trial work?

Set up your workspace and invite your team — full access to every feature for 30 days, no credit card. There’s nothing to cancel: we don’t take a card up front. When the trial ends your data is kept safe, but the workspace pauses until you talk to us — billing and support stay reachable, and nothing is deleted.

Can I keep my existing project numbers?

Yes. The new-project form has an optional "Legacy project ID" field. Your old IDs are shown next to the new Survey Forward number everywhere, and both are searchable. Bringing over an existing project log? We do that migration for you — see the question below.

How is my data kept safe?

Your workspace is isolated at the database layer (row-level security) — not just by application code. Every query is automatically scoped to your tenant, so there is no scenario where another firm sees your projects. Daily encrypted backups, TLS everywhere, and a full audit log of who changed what.

Do you offer custom service lines or templates?

During onboarding pick from Surveying, Multi-discipline AEC, or Generic. Each comes preloaded with the right service lines and scope codes for your discipline. You can add, rename, or remove anything afterwards.

Can you move our existing project spreadsheet over?

Yes — we do it for you, free. Send us the Excel or CSV log you run today and we’ll load your projects, clients, and legacy IDs into your workspace by hand, then walk you through the result. Real project logs are messy in ways no importer survives, so we’d rather do it properly than hand you a mapping wizard.

How does billing work, and can we cancel?

No credit card, no self-serve checkout — we invoice you directly, and you can cancel by telling us. Pricing is per user, per month, and we’ll walk you through it in full before you owe anything. While we’re in beta every plan change goes through a real conversation, which is exactly how we want it at this size.
